Q: What is feedback?

Feedback is a comment you leave about a user about the transaction you had. So if your dealings with a person were good, bad, or so-so, leaving them feedback is not only good for you and them, but also for the entire community.



Q: Why do I need to leave feedback?

    It is very important that you leave feedback. Why?

Q: What are the different kinds of feedback?

Postive, negative, and neutral.



Q: How do I leave someone feedback?

Utilize the user search feature to find the user. There is a link in there profile that you can use the leave them feedback.



Q: When should I leave positive feedback?

    Positive Feedback is to be left when the transaction is successful.

Buyers: Did you get your item? Was it as described? Did it arrive in a timely fashion? Did the seller email you quickly? Positive feedback should be left. Maybe your item took a little while to arrive or the seller took about 4 days to email you. That's okay. Just leave feedback saying something to the effect of, "Item took awhile to arrive and emails were slow, but a good transaction overall."

Sellers: Did your buyer contact you? Did you recieve your payment quickly? You should leave positive feedback. If the buyer's payment and emails were a little slow, you should be forgiving and leave feedback saying, "Payment and emails were slow, but a good transaction overall."



Q: When should I leave negative feedback?

   Negative Feedback is to be left for a number of unsatisfactory situations.

    Sellers: You should leave negative feedback in the following situations.

* The buyer backs out of the transaction.
* The buyer does not respond to your emails.
* The buyer does not send a payment.

    Buyers: You should leave negative feedback in the following situations.

* The seller backs out of the transaction.
* The seller does not respond to your emails.
* The seller does not send your item.



Q: After I leave a user negative feedback, what should I do?

    If you believe that the user has broken LaundroMatic policy and deserves a warning, contact the
Rules Committee for further information.



Q: When should I leave neutral feedback?

    Neutral feedback should be left when the transaction between two users was unsatisfactory, but not harmful. Example: Your item took an inordinate amount of time to arrive.



Q: Untrue feedback was left about me. What should I do?

    If untrue, slanderous feedback was left under your account, go to the
rules committee page and fill out the form accordingly.



Q: Can I leave feedback unrelated to a transaction?

    No, sorry. Not to put a damper on the fun, but it is important for all feedback to be transaction related. In this way, trust can be built amongst our users.
